Working closely with a team of professional advisors in the banking, legal and construction sectors. The company’s strategy is to use the experience, knowledge and reputation we have built over many years to grow the investment portfolio which forms the backbone of the company.

The portfolio primarily consists of shopping centres, supermarkets, convenience stores, parades of shops. They are located throughout the UK. Tenants range from private individuals to household names with blue chip covenants. The following are a selection of properties from the portfolio.

Acquisition Requirements News

Oakwood Shopping Centre, Derby.

This district shopping centre is located in an affluent residential area serving nearly 50,000 people and is anchored by an 8,000 sq. ft. Co-Operative supermarket. The twelve shops are occupied by a mixture of national and local tenants.

Residential Portfolio, London & Nationwide.

A mix of houses and apartments located in affluent well established suburbs, let to professional tenants. The portfolio was built up via a number of acquisitions over 30 years. Some units have been re-developed.

Retail Shopping Centre, Stainburn Parade, Leeds.

This well established retail destination initially consisted of five A3/A5 use shops. Significant development, asset management and lease re-gearing was subsequently completed. The centre is now anchored by a Sainsbury’s convenience store and contains a number of take-away operators along with the first UK opening for G-Wu restaurants from Hong Kong.

Glendale House, Baildon

A long established retail development on a site of approximately half an acre.  There are six retail units with tenants including Santander Bank and Coral Bookmakers. There is also a bar / restaurant.  On the first floor there is residential accommodation and offices.  To the rear is a customer car park.

Shopping Centre, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent

A modern local shopping development which comprises a busy Co-operative Convenience Store and three long established local businesses.  The development has 20 customer parking spaces complemented by parking facilities at the adjacent public house which also includes a Starbucks Coffee Shop.  This is a vibrant residential area that benefits from being in the centre of an excellent road network linking Longton to the major conurbations of the West and East Midlands and Greater Manchester to the North.
